Leaky toilet seals can be really messy and unpleasant. Toilet seals usually get broken because of the whole toilet moving. If toilets are not fastened down properly by the two toilet bolts at the base of the toilet, over time the seal will move and break. Check this first, otherwise your new seal will be a temporary fix.
