Connect is one of the most professional companies I’ve ever worked with. I recently worked with Josh and I felt that he really listened to my concerns. He was very friendly and was always looking to save me money. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am so appreciative of Connect Heating. After a couple of very cold nights, our water heater pipes froze. Connect was able to come out the same day to help. Scott went above and beyond by wrapping our pipes with insulation and gave me suggestions for making sure it doesn’t happen again. I highly recommend Connect and will definitely call them again. Thank you!

Jason, Dominique and Drake were an incredible team today as they spent nearly eight hours in sub-20 degree temps repairing a water main leak on our property. They hit a couple blockers on the project and worked through them to get our lines repaired and water back on same day.
The crew was friendly and Jason was GREAT to explain what had happened, what needed to be fixed and how it would be done.
I loved the text notifications I received from CONNECT about the service personnel that were dispatched and I enjoyed getting to know a little about each of them.
Thank you CONNECT and our repair crew for an amazing experience with an unfortunate event. Could not be more grateful or happier with our experience!

We called Saturday am because our water heater was not working and it was giving a message that the burner needed to be replaced.
We were so thankful that they could send someone within a few hours. The customer service from the girl who answered the call was great and the service tech Ethan was AMAZING.
Long story short, Ethan was able to clean the burner and a few other things and he got the water heater up and running. His actions saved us a ton of money. He could have easily said the burner needed to be replaced but he was very honest and fixed the problem without charging us an arm and leg.
Because of the great service from start to finish, they have a customer for life!
